We are looking for our next Sales Team members to join our Newest Store Location on the Gold Coast at The Pines - Elanora coming to QLD in August 2025!

About the Role:

As a Permanent Part-Time Sales Team Member, you'll drive store success through outstanding customer service and a passion for selling. You'll be responsible for maximizing sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting daily operations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, love interacting with people, and have a flexible, team-oriented approach.

Part Time Rosters: 

Our part time Positions offer permanent fixed shifts, providing stability while offering the flexibility to balance your personal and professional life.

Position One: 

Supervisor Position

Week 1 & 2:  Sunday 11am - 2pm | Monday 12pm - 4pm | Thursday 5pm - 9:15pm | Friday 11am - 3pm (15.25 hours per week)

Position Two: 

Week 1 & 2: Thursday 11am - 5pm | Saturday 10:30am - 4:15pm (10.75 hours per week)

 

As a Sales Team Member, your role involves: 

• Drive sales by achieving daily and team sales targets through effective customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and fitting room assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain and replenish stock efficiently to ensure a well-stocked, visually appealing store.
• Support with visual merchandising and layout changes to uphold store presentation standards.
