Our brand-new flagship store at Melbourne Central is opening soon. Created by store design experts Cardy Papa UK our new store reflects all the things we love.  As our Flagship Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience for every customer.
• Driving sales on the shop floor and ensure the Sportsgirl brand standards are upheld.
• Monitoring store performance and identifying opportunities to optimize sales results
• Creating a positive environment whilst also inspiring, coaching, and supporting the growth of team members.
• Managing new stock deliveries and curating the store's visual merchandising.
• Handling all administrative tasks for your store, including payroll, banking, and rostering.
