Our Opportunity

Our new VM (Field) will be reporting to our State VM Manager and working across Visual Merchandising for our stores to ensure creative concepts are being delivered in line with our brand. 

Your passion, eye for detail and strong communication skills will play an integral part in this fast paced and hands-on role. This is a full-time position with flexibility required to be in-stores as needed, hence you will need your own transport.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Overall in-store Visual Merchandising for Sportsgirl stores
  • Implementing store layouts and floor plans to maximise sales
  • Drive sales by working with store teams to outfit options
  • Implement flagship direction in all top stores across windows, instore and styling
  • Re-work store layouts to flex product, maximise traffic flow and key selling areas
  • Work with the State VM Manager to determine which stores need training and develop
  • Support the State VM Manager in conducting training workshops with Store Managers and teams

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Associate Diploma in Visual Merchandising or equivalent field ideal
  • Proven Visual Merchandising experience 
  • Previous experience working in fashion retail
  • Creative Visual Merchandising skills
  • Strong planning & organisational skills
  • Relationship building and problem solving skills
  • Effective time management skills
