Our Role
 
This is an exciting, part time 2 day per week, opportunity for someone who loves fashion to join the team in supporting the sample coordination to ensure the right samples are available, tracked and ready for our campaigns, ecommerce, content and marketing requirements.
 
You will be super-organised and be the go-to person for each of our samples - and there are lots! You will know where every piece of sample jewellery is at any given time, or sample dress, pair of jeans - any sample we have, you will know exactly where it is!!
 
You will prepare and maintain the shoot sample racks to be ready to go, as well as work with each of our teams, as our samples are used by different departments so your tracking and coordination of each sample is paramount!
 
This position plays an important role in maintaining samples to ensure a seamless shoot and campaign delivery for our brand. You will be building relationships across the business and working closely with many different teams including Marketing, Buying, Creative and Studio partners.
 
This role would be very well suited to someone who is looking for a part time, 2 days per week role with flexibility to be in the office and has a can-do, proactive nature with willingness to be extremely hands-on.
 
What your day-today will look like
  • Sample coordination and tracking
  • Maintain accurate sample records and ensure sample locations, status and availability are updated
  • Prepare and maintain shoot sample racks in line with campaign and ecommerce requirements
  • Ensure samples are organised, labelled, steamed, presented and ready for shoots as required
  • Coordinate sample returns following shoots or campaigns use
  • Ensure samples are returned to the correct teams or locations
  • Identify missing, damaged or delayed samples and follow up
  • Manage the sample tracker, ensuring it is up to date and correct
  • Provide hands-on administrative and coordination support to the team linked to sample movement
