We’re on the lookout for passionate retail leaders to join our Sportsgirl West Lakes team in two exciting opportunities:

  • Store Manager – 12-month Parental Leave Contract
  • Assistant Store Manager – Permanent Position

About the Roles

As part of the leadership team at Sportsgirl West Lakes, you'll play a key role in creating a vibrant, engaging, and customer-first environment. From driving sales and mentoring your team, to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, no two days are the same.

You’ll work collaboratively to:

  • Lead, coach and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and performance-driven store culture.
  • Drive visual merchandising execution that aligns with the Sportsgirl brand.
  • Oversee stock flow, markdowns and inventory processes.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures including payroll, rosters, banking and store administration.
  • Be a key problem-solver, handling customer feedback and fostering long-term customer relationships.
