Our Opportunity
Based in our Cremorne head office full time across 5 days per week, you will play an integral role in providing executive level support as well as bringing structure to the Sportsgirl team. Working within the fashion retail environment, your days will be fast paced and varied. You are highly capable of managing shifting priorities with an ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
As a strong communicator and highly organised individual, you will bring your previous executive level experience along with your exceptional relationship building skills and professionalism to this role. No two days will be alike, which will require your adaptable and proactive approach to be applied across all that you do.

Diary management coordination to MD Sportsgirl

Communication with senior leadership team and stakeholders

Creative coordination supporting the Managing Director

Coordination of all events and conferences as required

Financial Administration assistance
- All travel requirements that arise
- Provide support on special projects as they arise
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven success in a similar, fast paced support role
- Advanced knowledge of MS suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
