• Accelerate the growth of revenue of the email channel and successfully build & implementation of all email marketing campaigns
• Management of the Email Marketing & CRM programs
• Manage the weekly email schedule for the brand
• Develop a clear email communication and content plan for the business
• Implement database and VIP growth opportunities 
• Digital campaign planning and scheduling 
• Campaign reporting and optimisation

• Marketing/Digital Tertiary Qualifications or similar
• Proven experience with customer engagement platform - Emarsys preferred or similar
• Hands-on digital marketing & email marketing platform experience ideal
• Prior experience with eCommerce within retail or fashion 
• Understanding of digital design, video and email marketing asset production (HTML skills a bonus)
• Understanding of customer databases, personalisation and segmentation
• Experience using Google Analytics (or similar website analytics program) 
• Prior experience with eCommerce, Fashion or Retail brand highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and inter-personal communication skills
• Ability to multi task in fast paced environment
