• Leadership of x2 direct reports 
• Partner with our brands' Managing Directors to drive strategic growth initiatives, drive margin improvement and cost optimisation initiatives
• Provide support to the GM Finance and Senior Leadership Team with advice on brand finance strategies and delivery of Group strategy
• Provide critical financial, qualitative and quantitative analysis for decision making by brands and 
• Review and sign off Group monthly P&L results in conjunction with GM Finance
• Evaluate business opportunities, pricing strategies and investment decisions using financial modelling, ROI and scenario analysis
• Group Financial Reporting
• Coordinate and prepare the annual & season capex budget for the business 
• Provide direction & issue instructions for budget timetable and department budgeting
• Effective management of the daily operations, ongoing development and implementation of system upgrades of financial systems

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Commerce
• CPA or CA accredited
• Previous leadership experience
• Extensive experience in Retail accounting or similar environment
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering experience
• Analytical and commercial mindset
• Effective influencing and conflict resolution skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills
