About the Role:

As Assistant Store Manager, we're here to help you strengthen your leadership skills and advance in Retail Management. If this is your first move into a management role, your excellent customer service abilities, paired with your genuine passion for people and fashion, will be supported by your Store Manager and Business Manager. We're here to guide you every step of the way as you embark on this new phase in your career.

As Assistant Store Manager, your role involves:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the store, stepping in to manage operations in their absence.
  • Inspiring, coaching, and fostering the growth of the in-store team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve overall revenue.
  • Enhancing customer experience with friendly and attentive service, strong product knowledge and up to date styling advice.
  • Managing new stock deliveries and curating the store's visual merchandising.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks for your store, including payroll, banking, and efficient rostering.
