Our brand-new flagship store at Chadstone is opening soon. Created by store design experts Cardy Papa UK our new store reflects all the things we love. As our Flagship Assistant Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience for every customer.
• Driving sales on the shop floor and ensure the Sportsgirl brand standards are upheld.
• Creating a positive environment whilst also inspiring, coaching, and supporting the growth of team members.
• Managing new stock deliveries and curating the store's visual merchandising.
• Assist the Store Manager in administrative tasks for your store, including payroll, banking, and rostering.
