About the role
We have a great opportunity to get started in your fashion planning career in this Planning Administration Assistant position. 
Working in our high performing and fast paced Planning team, you will assist the Buying and Planning process by providing effective administration support to the team. 
Based in our Head Office in Cremorne, your love of fashion will be welcomed by our very like-minded and authentic team who love what they do. Our Planning Administration Assistant is responsible for purchase order coordination for both stores and ecommerce, assisting with stock transfers and maintaining data with various other admin responsibilities included.  
Utilising your strong organisational skills as well as high attention to detail and accuracy, your proactive nature and hands-on approach will support your success in this role as well as the growth & development of your fashion career. 
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Raising purchase orders in the system for stores and ecommerce
  • Processing of order adjustments to ensure updates are accurate
  • Ensure packaging lists are received from all vendors prior to shipment
  • Maintain style sizing data and various Data Tables
  • Run reports as required for Planning, Buying and QA teams
  • Assist with stock transfers from ecommerce to stores
  • Communicate with various departments regarding purchase orders and other requests
  • Administration support as required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Fashion or relevant tertiary qualifications desirable
  • Previous administration and customer service experience advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent with MS Excel and Word 
  • Relationship building capabilities
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
