Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for providing store-based recruitment support to all stores across Western Australian, as well as managing all facets of the office administration and other ad-hoc requirements.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens and reference checks – we want you to find people who love fashion and customer service as much as we do!

  • Preparing contracts and coordinating the online induction process
  • All facets of office administration, including store communications
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance for stores
  • Organising travel and key events

We are ideally looking for:

  • A love for recruitment (relevant tertiary qualifications advantageous but not essential)
  • A thorough understanding of the Sportsgirl business, customer and candidate
  • Strong administration skills
  • Someone who is extremely accurate in their work and highly attentive to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously with exceptional time management skills and highly organised
  • Intermediate computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Hours of Work:

  • Monday 8:30am-4pm
  • Wednesday 8:30am-4pm
  • Friday 8:30am-4pm
